Chef Salik’s exceptional skill and creativity earned him the prestigious title of Best Chef of the Year 2013 (East Midlands), presented by the Bangladesh Caterers Association (BCA) at their 53rd Anniversary Awards Ceremony, held at the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster, London.
